Max is the Founder and CEO of MC Property & Maintenance, leading the company with a strong focus on people, relationships, and trust. His background spans business operations, oilfield work, garage door systems, and athletics/coaching, experiences that shaped his hands-on approach and commitment to clear communication.

Throughout his career, Max has worked in team-driven, high-pressure environments where collaboration, accountability, and respect are essential. His experience in athletics and coaching plays a key role in how he leads, prioritizing teamwork, mentorship, and doing right by both clients and employees.

For Max, the work goes beyond completing projects, it’s about understanding people and strengthening the communities he serves. His leadership is rooted in communication, accountability, and mutual respect. Under his leadership, MC Property & Maintenance is built on long-term relationships, not just one-time jobs.

CO-OWNER & CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

Courtney is a Co-Owner and Chief People Officer at MC Property & Maintenance, where she plays a vital role in supporting the team, strengthening company culture, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

She leads with heart and intention, whether that means bringing homemade meals to the team, capturing photos of projects from start to finish, managing the company’s books, or simply making sure everyone feels supported and appreciated. Her attention to both people and details helps create an environment where the team can do their best work.

Courtney believes strong companies are built on care, consistency, and genuine connection. Her presence brings warmth, organization, and joy to MC Property & Maintenance, helping turn a workplace into a true team.

PROJECT MANAGER

Wade brings 45 years of construction experience, including custom homes from foundation to finish, remodels, and additions.

He is our Project Manager at MC Property & Maintenance, working directly with customers and overseeing projects from start to finish. Wade enjoys problem-solving and thinking through the best options for each space, helping turn ideas into finished spaces.

Guided by his strong faith and decades of hands-on construction experience, Wade is our go-to guy for getting projects done.

BUSINESS MANAGER & EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Zadie serves as the Business Manager and Executive Assistant at MC Property & Maintenance, supporting leadership while helping keep daily operations organized and running smoothly.

Often the first point of contact when clients call, Zadie plays an important role in setting the tone for each interaction. She manages scheduling, documentation, and communication with care and attention to detail, ensuring both clients and team members feel supported. Her calm, organized approach helps keep the company connected and aligned.

FIELD TEAM MEMBER

Ben has been part of our story from the very beginning. Long before he officially joined the team, he was already learning the trade, helping his dad on projects as soon as he could walk.

While in high school, Ben jumped in wherever help was needed on various projects, but it was a roofing job that truly hooked him. He loved the process and gained confidence realizing the work wasn’t out of reach; it was something he could truly master.

What Ben enjoys most is anything involving wood, framing, trim work, and new construction. Putting up a house from the ground up is one of his favorite parts of the job. He believes building a home is a powerful experience, especially knowing you can say, “I built this.”

Ben’s goal is simple but meaningful: to be a great carpenter. He wants to be known by customers as someone who does every detail the right way and works hard. He draws inspiration from the role models in his life, especially his grandpa and dad, who taught him the value of hard work and doing things the right way.

Outside of work, Ben’s passions include playing guitar with his band Good Morning Guilty, hiking, hunting, and traveling.

FIELD TEAM MEMBER

Brock brings 14 years of construction experience to MC Property. Known for his sharp eye for detail, he helps ensure jobs run smoothly from start to finish.

From bathroom and kitchen remodels to flooring, tile, and welding, Brock brings a wide range of experience to every job. He works efficiently and delivers quality work.

Outside of work, Brock spends most of his time with his family and enjoys golfing in his free time.

We’re grateful to have Brock’s attention to detail and organization on our team, along with the good music, positive attitude, and the fun he brings to the crew.

FIELD TEAM MEMBER

Lynn brings over 40 years of hands-on construction experience to our team. He began building homes and has spent decades working across residential construction, farming, and equipment operations.

Lynn owned and operated Wunderbuilt Construction, specializing in remodels, additions with living quarters, siding, windows, kitchen remodels, and bathroom renovations. He has also built post-frame buildings and storage units, giving him experience in both residential and structural construction.

He’s experienced in all phases of construction, from framing through drywall to final finishes, with framing being one of his favorite stages—seeing a structure take shape from the ground up.

Outside of work, Lynn enjoys tackling projects at home and is a devoted history buff, especially fascinated by the Great Flood. He’s a humble, genuine guy who’s grounded in his faith and a pleasure to work with.
